Joe Biden Charges Secret Service To Protect Him

Words can’t even begin to explain what a slimeball Joe Biden is, but this a new low for the man who is one step away from being President.

Since April, Vice President Joe Biden has collected more than $13,000 from the agency charged with protecting him and his family, for use of a rental cottage adjacent to the waterfront home he owns in a Wilmington, Del., neighborhood.

Biden, listed as “vendor,” is eligible for up to $66,000 by the time the government contract expires in the fall of 2013, the records show.

Officials say the arrangement came about when a previous tenant moved out of the cottage and the Secret Service moved in. I guess since he only made $379,178 we can understand why he would need to charge the men and women who protect him rent.

What is annoying the taxpayers have to pay this incompetent person to be VP, are paying the Secret Service and now he is ripping off the taxpayers even more. I guess once a lawyer always a lawyer.

  1. Not An Ignoramus

I imaging that there is a fund available for the housing of the secret service. I also imagine that putting them up in a rental house other than Joe Bidens in the area has the potential to cost more. So, do we the tax payers pay more to house the secret service elsewhere, or simply pay Joe Biden who is going to make that money anyway. Do you really expect him to let them stay there for free. It would be irresponsible for him to have them stay elsewhere just because he owns the property.
