It’s A New Year
The new year has arrived and in many ways it looks a lot like the old year. We had a recent event on an airline going into Detroit that could have been a major disaster, and what we saw was a President who continued to play golf and go to movies and took almost three days before he addressed the American people. This represents the first year of his administration where we saw one blunderous move after another from an ill prepared and overwhelmed administration.
As in 2009 we still have a mad rush for universal health care by Democrats in this country. The behind the scene push to complete this has been dizzying. The American people, while majority agree changes could be made to the current system, are united in its opposition to the current plans the Democrats are forcing through. But it seems to be that a number of Democrats know if they do go through with this disaster their political careers are over. A large number have already said they are not going to run for reelection, even they know what they are doing is wrong, but that is amazingly not going to stop them from destroying the best health care system in the world.
