This past weekend with the weather being so nice I decided to clean the garage and take some paper recycling to the center on Prairie Ave. At 5:00 Saturday the one container they had out was full, so I decided to go back on Sunday. At 1:30 Sunday I found the situation even worse. Is this the only site within the city limits that we have for paper? Why was there only one container? Who will be held responsible for the paper that was being blown around into the marsh areas? If Green Bay is serious about recycling, then the city must do a better job of providing locations where people can take recycling
