Hard To Believe

Kirk Coleman, of Jackson County MI is accused of raping and beating his three-month old daughter, pleaded guilty to attempted child abuse. What he should have received was life in prison if he would have been found guilty of the original charges, but instead he faces a maximum of 5 years for attempted child abuse.

He had been charged with first degree criminal sexual conduct and first degree child abuse. Those charges were dismissed in the plea agreement.

Jackson County Prosecutor’s office says that their primary goal was to make sure that Coleman would never again gain custody of his daughter, and this plea accomplishes that. Since he did not plead guilty to criminal sexual conduct he will not be required to register as a sex offender.

Excuse me but would not a life sentence have kept him away from this little girl?

In September of last year, Coleman was accused of the beating and sexual assault of his three-month old daughter, Coleman beat the baby for two days. The girl had to be placed on life support at University of Michigan hospital, and had multiple bone fractures. Jackson County Prosecutor’s office says that the girl will never fully recover from her injuries.

The Assistant Prosecutor Allison Bates is the one who made the deal. Bates felt that medical experts for the defense and prosecution could cast reasonable doubt that Coleman was the sole perpetrator. Bates said her office and Blackman Township detectives are sure Coleman acted alone, but not all of their evidence can be offered in court.

THAT IS A DISGRACE! What the hell is wrong with the DA? This guy should have gotten a life sentence, but once again the abuse of children is not taken seriously in this country.

Promises….Promises

Every four years we elect a president in this country and every four years you can count on the kooks who populate Hollywood California to open their pieholes and start making comments that they will never follow up through with.

Once again they are going to leave the country if their golden boy does not get elected.

Lets see who is the latest big mouth who is packing their bags!

Robert Altman announced his intention to move to France should Bush defeat Al Gore. Not too long after that Alec Baldwin said he would be doing the same thing, leavung the country, that felt bad for him when he called his daughter a rude thoughtless little pig. (bet she wishes daddy would have left) There were other mental giants back then that suggested the same thing.

Sadly none of these windbags followed through with their promises and we are still stuck with them.

Does anyone believe Susan will leave? Of course not she is just a typical liberal who says one thing but always wends up doing the opposite of what they say.

It’s Hard To Believe

Once again the fanatics in the Republican party are making asses out of themselves and embarrassing the conservative base of the party. What are they doing this time? Having a meltdown over a Dunking Donut ad.

So here is the ad, do you see what they are upset about? NO? Let me help you, it’s the scarf! That’s right, the scarf!

Michelle Malkin who has some of the most hysterical rants out there really made herself look foolish with this one. She pointed out that Ms. Ray posed for one of the company’s ads in what appeared to be a black-and-white keffiyeh. The keffiyeh, is the traditional scarf of Arab men.

So in her eyes everytime she sees a black and white scraf she sees a terrorist! GIVE ME A BREAK!

Once again the stupidity that seems to be the trademark of some on the right dominates with a issue that mattes to no one but people with a limited attention span.

Conservatives have a lot to worry about this year, there is a good chance they they are going to lose the White House as well as even more seats in the house and senate, but what are some focusd on A DOUGHNUT AD!

Last Night ol’ Keith had another of his “Special Comments”. Once again he ranted, raved, got red in the face and did his best impression of a teapot ready to explode!

You have to marvel at a entertainment network like MSNBC to keep this windbag around? One day he is telling the President of this country to ’shut the hell up’! spends another day telling a US Senator she does not have the capacity to be president just because the far left slightly disturbed progressive has a attraction of an odd kind to the other candidate of the party.

Keith baby relax, otherwise you mat become the first failed tv anchor to actually burst a blood vessel live on the air.

I know MSNBC is desperate for attention and NBC is in need of a “star” for the news division, but to tie your harness to this boob is nothing more than desperation.

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?

I disagree strongly with those that will not vote just because they disagree with AN ISSUE! There is NO way those who are ranting against McCain can HONESTLY say you agreed with EVERY issue of the two Bushes? Were you  in agreement EVERYTHING Reagan did? To have this attitude of ‘taking my ball and going home’ does NOTHING but hand the election to a man with no qualifications for the job or backbone to do what needs to be done to protect America.

It’s time you wake up and smell the freaking coffee here people!
